The total hours at showers is only a small portion of the total  hours spent by

volunteers doing other tasks.  These include making bag lunches, preparing the

hot soups and special foods.  Preparing and transporting the ancillary items,

sorting, sizing new and used clothing.  Coordinating the volunteer schedules 

and preparing name tags for volunteers.
